The art of winning and retaining customers

04/01/08 | by Webmaster [mail] | Categories: Design

As you probably realize, finding web presence is only half the battle won. The key is to increase clientele through effective survey and customer feedback. I run a small facilities management business out of my home. Relatives and friends often turned in for help with requests for gift shopping, flowers and party arrangements. I soon realized the need to go online. In the first five months into launching the site, I had an impressive growth in sales. I then sensed I should listen more to the customers so I can offer greater value to them.

I looked for a survey tool and chanced upon AlertUs. I must say I found it the best companion in my attempt to understand my customers’ requirements. It had a number of survey features that let my customers give their opinion in a convenient manner. Thus, I had real time feedback so I could instantly fix the problem with my site. For example, many customers quit their shopping cart for the simple reason there were not enough graphic images of what we offered. This piece of information made so much difference in reworking and redesigning my site. With AlertUs, I now know the pick of my customers while I have also achieved higher conversion rates. Good work guys, keep it up!
