3. What kind of company does your partner keep? Some sites may have better marketing than others and would lead more people on their site. Unfortunately if you are on shared hosting, this can be detrimental for your business. Check what kinds of companies you are going to share the server with, or if you can afford it, go for virtual private hosting.

4. Is there room to grow? What are the resources available? Sometimes your business might become so much bigger than what you expected. Can your webhost handle your needs? If not, then you need a new one.

5. Is there trust in your relationship? Is your web host able to keep its promises? Trust is an important factor in the success of a relationship. If your web host promises to deliver something, then they should be able to followup on it.
